If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return any unopened products to us. Ensure the item is still in its original condition, unopened and is returned to us securely.

To arrange a return, refund or replacement:

Returns, exchanges and replacements are processed as soon as we receive your items. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us. 

RECEIVING A REFUND

When returning goods to customer services or in-store, refunds will be paid to the same method of payment used on the original order.  The refund value will be for the price paid when the order was placed.

ACCEPTABLE RETURNS

Returns are accepted if the item is sent back to us within 30 days of purchase. Items being returned must be in the same condition sent out. Used fragrances cannot be returned for hygienic purposes. If you are unsure whether you can return an item, please get in touch.

If the return is due to our fault (such as receiving damaged or faulty goods) we will always offer a full refund or exchange (if possible). The cost of returning the item will also be covered by us. 

We also accept returns for items being sent back even if there is no fault with the product (such as you no longer require the product. However, in these situations we will not cover the cost of return postage and will reduce your refund by postage paid by us (if free delivery was chosen) to cover the initial cost of postage. If you paid for an expedited delivery service, this amount will not be refunded.

NON - ACCEPTABLE RETURNS

We cannot accept returns for used items. The item must be returned in the same condition sent out with all parts included. If you are unsure whether you can return an item, please get in touch.

Additionally, items returned after 30 days will not be accepted. Your item will be sent back to you.

EXCHANGE

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will send you instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Exchanges can only be offered if the item is still in stock. Otherwise, we will issue you a refund.
